About me
Why I started TierneyLabs
I've spent nearly a decade in B2B sales and GTM, working as both an individual contributor and a leader at ZoomInfo, Forrester, and RSA Security.
I've built teams, and built outbound motions from the ground up. Along the way, I've worked with hundreds of sales reps, marketing, RevOps, and GTM leadership teams — and I kept hearing the same things:

“There isn't really a process. Everyone does things their own way.”
“We're spending way too much time doing things manually.”
“We got trained once, but there's no reinforcement.”
“We're not on the same page.”
“We have all this data, but we're not using it to make better decisions.”
“We have a very manual process.”
“We have all these tools.”
“Still figuring out how to use AI.”
“I need to do more with less.”
And the frustrating part is that these companies often aren't missing the resources.
They have talented people.
They have strong products.
They've invested in technology, training, enablement, RevOps, and other resources to help their teams grow.
Yet they still aren't reaching their potential.
Because more technology, more headcount, or more resources don't fix a GTM motion that lacks the systems, processes, data, accountability, and clear expectations underneath it.
The problem usually isn't effort. It's the system.
That's why I started TierneyLabs.
I help B2B SaaS companies build the GTM operating system underneath their growth — the strategy, processes, data, automation, AI, and accountability that make their people and resources work better together.
The goal isn't to create something that depends on me.
It's to build a system that your team can run, measure, improve, and scale after I'm gone.
