Who this is for
Same system, four different symptoms
The problem usually looks different depending on where you sit. It is almost always the same problem.
The motion still lives in your head
You are the best seller in the company and it does not transfer. Nobody else can run the motion without you in the room, and every new hire relearns it from scratch.
Activity is up and pipeline is flat
Reps are working. Nobody is reviewing calls, nobody can say which part of the motion is failing, and by the time it shows in the number it is a quarter old.
Customer data decays faster than you can clean it
Duplicates, stale records, half-finished automations. Every cleanup is a one-off that comes undone, and leadership decides on data nobody trusts.
Leads go over the wall and disappear
Sales and marketing disagree on what qualified means, routing is manual, and no one can trace which campaigns produced revenue.
In every case the company is spending on people and tools that cannot compound, because there is no system underneath them.
Company size
The work changes with the stage
Same foundation. Different problem depending on how far along the motion already is.
The motion doesn't exist yet
Or it exists entirely inside the founder's head. We build the program, document it as it goes, and hand it over.
Reps are in seat, results are flat
There's activity but no system between the team and the number. We provide fractional leadership or rebuild the program underneath them.
The program works. The plumbing doesn't
Manual research, decaying data, and routing nobody trusts. We add AI automation and GTM engineering inside the existing stack.
Common questions
Who is this for?
- You're starting outbound from scratch and need the program built, not advice about it
- You're a founder still running outbound personally and want to hand it to a team
- You just raised, and building the function is a board-level expectation this quarter
You have reps, but no program behind them.
- SDRs or BDRs in seat with no manager above them
- Outbound running, results flat, and no clear read on why
- AEs you need doing outbound who won't do it consistently without a system
You have a stack, but no system.
- A RevOps team of one holding together tooling that six different people bought
If you have a working program and a leader running it, you don't need me. I'm most useful when the motion has to exist and doesn't yet, or exists and isn't working.
How fast can we start?
Usually within a week or two of the first call. Audits and playbook builds move fastest; fractional work starts on the next cycle.
Do you replace my reps?
No. I build the program your reps run, coach them against it, and automate the work that shouldn't be manual.
What does it cost?
Scope varies by engagement. Book a GTM Strategy Call and I'll tell you before any work starts.
Why can't I just use AI?
One model is one opinion. I run Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Perplexity into one platform specifically because a single model can't tell you when it's wrong. Where they agree, I move. Where they disagree, a human looks. If you're working from one model, you have no disagreement signal at all — you just have confidence.
Sales is still human. AI compresses the research, the enrichment, the list-building, the drafting. People sniff out AI slop. It doesn't read a room, know which VP has political cover to buy this quarter, or decide what to do when the plan stops working in week six. Judgment and accountability don't automate, and someone has to own the number.
The teams that get the most out of AI aren't the ones with the best prompts. They're the ones who already knew what good looked like.
